  1. Okay the level of disbelief here is getting out of hand. That thing about a missile being launched over California was found to be an optical illusion when an airplane took off from Hawaii. I'm told something similar happened a few years prior too but it didn't make as big of headlines.

I have no idea what you're talking about with real and fake crop circles. Plenty of ones people have fessed up to creating have reportedly not had any foot prints found. Vidoes of these things happening in an instant are easily faked (and sell for around $150 to local news networks). It might be worth trying to grow corn in your yard this year and, after harvest, seeing if you could bend it as described.

I can't dispute all the ghost claims but some of the flying rods have been proven to be just moths flying infront of the camera. As someone who looks at a lot of bugs I can attest there are some surprisingly fast flying moths that go a lot faster than you might expect. Similar shaped objects might be the cause of other forms of rods. Not sure about balls of light though, it is hard to imagen pollen causing that.

Your dad being held down in a paralyzed-like state. There is similar sounding thing that happens when you wake up to quickly. Sometimes the part of the brain that deal with motor functions doesn't come back on as it's supposed to and you're left in a paralyzed position. It happened to me once and it scared the hell out of me. It went away in a few minutes though. And it's interesting to not I was into Lucid dreaming at the time, and had a psychology teacher mention it associating with ESP, which is nuts that something your dad saw in his dream played out years later. Of course he was also the type of man to blatantly lie in his lectures to see if we were paying attention.

Birds at night. I know some birds actually sing at night. Usually this is more around 3am to sunrise though. I'd want to know if these were actually birds before jumping to the conclusion of ghosts.

It was a good show otherwise.
